This week we end with a small matter,
How do we get rid of Sepp Blatter,

Game of the Weekend
The DW Stadium is not synonymous with tantalising goal mouth action but this weekend Wigan and Blackburn served up a six goal thriller. Eventually finishing 3-3, the game had a terrific ebb and flow which didn’t match both sides current standing in the Premier League. The game wasn’t without incident either.
Blackburn’s second goal will fill many a column inch over the next few days as Pedersen took the corner to himself with Yakubu not appearing to touch the ball having placed it down and dummied taking it. From this, Junior Hoilett nodded in causing much bemusement. As if things couldn’t get any more ridiculous, in the 98th minute, goalkeeper Paul Robinson bled having been kicked in the head. Penalty awarded and the man at the centre of everything, Yakubu slotted it away completing a bizarre game.

Shock of the Weekend
Not many could have predicted QPR going away to Stoke and collecting three points. Neil Warnock though will be delighted with a result that lifted the Hoops into the top half. This is against a side who prior to Saturday, had only lost to Newcastle at home. The Potters, notoriously strong at the Britannia, had held the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool and beaten Manchester United this season, so for Rangers to win in Staffordshire was quite something.
Player of the Weekend
Heidar Helguson has been in superb form for the Hoops. He’s played seven times this season and in all but one game, he’s at least got an assist or a goal. Two strikes on Saturday means he now has five for the campaign – a very good return for any striker. At the age of 34, the Icelandic striker is having a real impact and could, unexpectedly, be the man to fire QPR away from any relegation battle.

Goal of the Weekend
Glen Johnson has an eye for the spectacular. Some may remember his goal for Portsmouth against Hull a few years back where he hit a tremendous volley from 30 yards out. His effort against his former employers on Sunday was a much more subtle strike but nevertheless, a terrific goal. A breathtaking first touch allowed him to nutmeg Ashley Cole before going on to slot past Petr Cech into the far corner. Coming minutes before the end, it oozed class and condemned Chelsea to back-to-back home defeats.
